Coach,
As one season ends, and another is about to begin…
Continue thinking about your players and how to build a culture where every athlete on the team contributes and grows. They have many people in their life but none whose relationship with them is continually focused on making them a better player and person. Win or lose, the opportunities that you provide these young people will stay with them forever while helping to shape them for the rest of their lives. Our desire is that this newsletter will stimulate your thinking and help prepare you and your teams on and off the court. Be sure to also check out our website at https://wibca.com/ to see information that is pertinent and related to what WIBCA does. Best of Luck to each of you as you embark on the 2019-20 hoop journey.

Continue to Grow Your Game
