Selection Criteria

Selection Criteria for WIBCA All State Selection WIBCA Executive Board members will oversee each respective classification meeting for All-State selections

  1. Seniors only
  2. Full season in the state of Washington their senior year
  3. Individual stats
  4. Awards (i.e. MVP, 1st etc)
  5. Nomination must be by:
    1. Players Head Coach or
    2. Assistant or
    3. Opposing league coaches “scouting report” or
    4. School Administrator
  6. No more than 2 players from respective teams. If 3 players are under consideration, WIBCA Executive Board members have the final decision-making authority
  7. Final decision-making authority if any questions or discrepancy arises will be made by WIBCA All State Coordinator, Executive Director, President and/or Vice-President

Selection Criteria for WIBCA Futures Game Selection (Underclassmen)

Futures Game Chairpersons will select the respective teams

  1. Open to any and all underclassmen
  2. Full season in the state of Washington their senior year
  3. Individual stats
  4. Awards (i.e. MVP, 1st etc)
  5. Nomination must be by:
    1. Players Head Coach or
    2. Assistant or
    3. Opposing league coaches “scouting report” or
    4. School Administrator
  6. Final decision-making authority if any questions or discrepancy arises will be made by WIBCA Future Stars Coordinator, Executive Director, President and AD HOC Board Member
