Prospective Head Coach,

College Place High School is excited to announce an opening for our Head Girls’ Basketball Coach, and we are looking for a passionate leader who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court in alignment with The CP Way.

College Place High School competes in the South Central Athletic Conference (SCAC) in the WIAA 1A classification, one of the most competitive leagues in the region. Our student-athletes compete against outstanding programs while learning resilience, teamwork, and character through high-level competition.

Our district is also growing, bringing new energy and opportunity to our schools and athletic programs. With that growth comes a strong commitment from district leadership to invest in opportunities that help students thrive in academics, activities, and athletics.

We are seeking a coach who will:
-Lead the girls’ basketball program at all levels in a way that reflects The CP Way
-Develop student-athletes as competitors, teammates, and leaders
-Build a positive, inclusive team culture where every athlete belongs
-Partner with school staff, families, and the community to strengthen the program
-Model integrity, service, and excellence both on and off the court
-Bring a winning mindset and competitive nature to our program
